Annual General Meeting, April 13, 2019

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, April13th from 1 to 4 pm at The Country Club in Woodbridge.  Registration is mandatory so we can ensure that we meet the minimum quorum required and have a headcount for the event!  Please register by April 6th. Below is a summary of the agenda:
Annual General Meeting – 1 to 2:30 pm
(a) Reading of the 2018 financial reports;
(b) Resolution for the waiving of audited financial statements;
(c) Presentation of the 2019 budget;
(d) Election of the directors;
(e) Discussion on the dissolution of EWGA GTA;
(f) Any other business 

Coffee, tea, cookies and fruit will be served and there will be time to socialize and connect with our members afterwards.

The LPGA Amateur Golf Association – Greater Toronto Area is a volunteer organization and so we need our members to get involved in order for our organization to function.

Participation on the Board or on a Committee is a very rewarding and satisfying experience. The opportunity allows you to develop your leadership skills and give back to the organization that we all benefit from and enjoy so much.

There are also several opportunities to get involved with our various committees, such as:

Events (weekend events including helping with registration, selling 50/50, etc.)
Golf Programs (includes handicap, rules, local championship qualifier, match play, etc.)
Communications (newsflashes, website, etc.)
